Since the establishment of Tu Sixi in 2008, he has developed from a small workshop into a processing factory with a processing area of 400 square meters, 8 equipments and fixed assets of more than 2.6 million yuan.

In June 1987, Tu Sixi was born in an ordinary farmer's house in Ganjiaoling Village, Quanjiaohe Town, Heshan District, Yiyang City. He has four siblings, two brothers and one sister, and he is the oldest in the family. Unfortunately, like his two older brothers, he suffers from congenital deafness. When he was young, his father died unfortunately due to overwork, and the family was in trouble. The Tu family became a famous poor household in the village.
"At the time of my father's death, I was particularly inferior and depressed. I didn't want to do anything every day." Tu Sixi recalled. "It was the party and the country's anti-poverty policy that gave me hope. I feel the warmth of the family. "
After graduating from Yiyang Special Education School, with the encouragement and support of his uncle, with the help of the school teacher, Tu Sixi was hard at the same time as he was practicing technology and working hard. In 2008, he studied the installation of aluminum alloy and stainless steel doors and windows in Bijiashan Township. Four months later, he opened a shop. Due to honest management and genuine goods, a strong brand has gradually been established in the industry. In 2016, he went to Foshan to learn aluminum door manufacturing technology. After returning, I invested nearly 200,000 yuan to buy a complete set of equipment to set up a processing plant and produce and sell aluminum alloy doors and windows. More than 6,000 aluminum alloy doors, more than 2,000 square meters of doors and windows are produced each year, with a turnover of more than 600,000 yuan.
Over the years, Tu Sixi has always had a dream in his mind, that is, to be the vanguard on the road to poverty alleviation and help more folks get rich.
After the business was on track, Tu Sixi began recruiting folks to work in processing plants. At present, his factory has recruited 26 disabled people, funded or helped more than 50 people, successively provided employment for 36 disabled people and 20 poor households, and led 15 poor households who set up files to successfully lift poverty. The processing plant has accumulated more than 500,000 yuan in assistance funds, and the annual salary of disabled employees with disabilities has increased from more than 1.5 million yuan in 2018 to more than 2 million yuan in 2019.
In 2016, Tu Sixi was elected Chairman of the Deaf Association of Heshan District, Yiyang City, and in 2018 he was elected as Vice Chairman of the Deaf Association of Yiyang Disabled Persons Association. In 2018, he was named one of the 100 Sunshine Rich Leaders in Hunan Province, and in 2019 he was named one of the Top Ten Excellent Youth in Heshan District.
"Are you happy now? Which do you think is more important in your family and career?" When the reporter asked Tu Sixi, who was married and had a good pair of children, he looked affectionately at his wife and touched her daughter's head. He told reporters with sign language, "Career and family are important. My career is successful and my family is happy."
Talking about the factory's future development plan, Tu Sixi said that he would continue to expand the production scale, lead more disabled people and poor households to get rid of poverty and become rich, and to build a well-off society. . "I hope to find a suitable partner through media reports to help me expand the market and open up market sales."
