Referred to as the National Network Federation. It is under the policy guidance of the State Council Information Office, the State Cyberspace Information Office, the Ministry of Culture and other relevant ministries and commissions, and is supported by the China Internet Association. It was prepared in March 2008 and was established on October 28, 2009. China is currently the largest and most influential country. National party and government (mainstream) online media interaction, sharing, collaboration, and win-win alliance organization. There are currently more than 1,200 members of the National Internet Federation, including Internet publicity authorities across the country, leading news portals, local comprehensive portals, local government websites, and some commercial (vertical) portals.
On October 28, 2009, the National Network Media Alliance held a founding meeting at the Beijing International Convention Center. The Information Office of the State Council, the National Internet Information Office, the Ministry of Culture, the China Internet Association, the China Press Association, Peking University, Communication University of China, China The leaders and persons in charge of various network media associations such as the Asset Evaluation Association, China Local Network Alliance, China City Network Alliance, China City Network Alliance, Pancheng Chongqing Network Alliance, and Beijing attended the formal announcement of the National Network Alliance. The conference elected Mr. Wei Mingxiang, Vice President of the China Newspaper Association, as the chairman of the National Internet Federation (later supplemented by Mr. He Jiazheng, former president of People's Daily Network and chairman of China New Media Industry Alliance), and elected Huasheng Online, Liaoning Provincial Government Website, No. 1 Video, China Netcom, China Ningbo Net, Zhangjiajie News Net, and Chongqing Internet News Center are the rotating chairmen of the National Netlink, and China Netlink is the Secretary-General of the National Netlink. The meeting also produced 20 executive director units including Jinqian Online, Beibu.com, Zhejiang Online, and Zhongan Online, and 94 governing units including Guangxi Internet News Center and Sichuan News Network.
The Secretary-General of the National Internet Federation is Dr. Liu Xianri, a member of the China Internet Association, the original editor-in-chief of the Economic Life Edition of the Ministry of Economics and the president of China Internet.
The purpose of the National Network Federation
Strengthen the guidance of Internet public opinion and spread positive energy. Unite party and government (mainstream) online media across the country, increase mutual interactions and business collaborations between members of the "Alliance" website, and promote publicity, exchanges, and cooperation between government departments, enterprises and institutions all over the country and "Alliance" websites, Explore the scientific and sustainable profit model of member websites, improve the national popularity and influence of member websites, and promote the healthy development of member websites.
National Network Organization Structure
The member congress is the highest authority of the National Network Federation.
The council is the decision-making body of the member congress. During the closing period of the member congress, the daily work of the National Federation of Nets is led by the chairman of the secretariat. The council consists of two reasonable directors, seven rotating chairmen, one secretary general, several executive directors (units), and several directors (units).
The standing council exercises the functions and powers stipulated in its charter during the intersessional period and is responsible to the council.
The Secretariat is the daily working organization of the National Council of the Internet of Things. It has one Secretary General and two Deputy Secretary Generals. The secretary general presides over the secretariat to carry out daily work, organizes and implements the annual work plan; organizes and implements the resolutions of the member congress, the council, and the executive council; coordinates and manages the work of various departments within the National Network Federation; and handles other daily affairs.
